I have installed the demo version on my MAC/PC and now I would like to install the full version. However, the installation process is interrupted with an error and the software does not install or start up, what should I do?
PC: Uninstall both the full version and the demo version of the software. Locate and delete the "Data Center 2" folder within C:/Programs. Reinstall the full version. MAC: Delete the demo version and the "Sigma Data Center 2" folder in the "Documents" folder. Reinstall the full version.
